Campers will be responsible for any damage done to campsite property.
Do not litter the campsite. Please use the dustbins provided.
Keep the campsite premises clean, neat and hygienic.
Do not eat food or snacks inside the tent. Keep the tent clean.
Please do not take any of the campsite belongings along with you.
Take care of your valuables (phones, cameras, laptops etc). The campsite doesn’t`t take responsibility for the loss of any items.
No smoking or drinking inside the tent.
Please take off your shoes before entering the tent at all times.
Strictly no use of drugs in any kind or any form in the campsite premises.
The tent is provided to the customer once accommodated no change will be done to shift the tent.
In the case of late check-out, you may have to pay extra money.
In case of weather forecasting or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled but the team will try to provide you with the other best services.
The staff of tent by the bay will give you proper guidance for the activities carried out. During any activity, if any minor injury takes place we will provide you with First aid kit.
The client’s participation is voluntary in any activity which he/she wants to perform, “Tent by the bay” is not responsible under any circumstances for injury, accidents or loss of personal property.
The conduct and behavior of the client should not cause any harm to the other members. Strict actions will be taken against them by the Tent by the bay and they might ask to leave immediately. Under such circumstances, no refunding can be done.
